By booking lessons, courses, family swims, events or any other services provided by Bearded Swim Coach, customers agree to abide by our Terms & Conditions, venue rules, safeguarding policies and health and safety requirements.

 

We reserve the right to amend lesson times, instructors, programmes and operational arrangements where necessary to ensure the safe and effective delivery of our services. All bookings are subject to availability and payment terms. Parents and swimmers are expected to follow all venue guidelines, including supervision requirements, illness exclusions and poolside conduct policies.

Our full Terms & Conditions, including details relating to bookings, cancellations, refunds, make-up lessons, safeguarding, photography, health declarations and payment policies, are provided during the lesson registration process and form part of the booking agreement.
