REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

At Bearded Swim Coach, all bookings are made on the basis that a lesson, course, event or swim session space is reserved exclusively for your swimmer. As spaces are limited and staffing, pool hire and operational costs are committed in advance, we operate the following refund policy.

Term-Time Lessons

Payments for term-time lessons are non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed. Spaces are reserved specifically for each swimmer for the duration of the term.

If Bearded Swim Coach is unable to deliver a lesson due to circumstances within our control, an alternative lesson, credit or refund may be offered at our discretion.

Crash Courses, 1:1 Sessions & Special Events

Crash courses, intensive programmes, family swims, workshops and special events are non-refundable once booked.

Where more than 14 days’ notice is provided, we may, at our discretion, offer a transfer to an alternative course or account credit where the space can be re-filled.

No refunds or credits will be issued for non-attendance, late arrival, change of mind, holidays, illness or other personal circumstances.

Medical Circumstances.

In exceptional cases involving long-term illness, injury or medical conditions preventing participation, requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Supporting evidence may be required.

Cancellation by Bearded Swim Coach

Should we need to cancel a lesson, course or event and are unable to offer a suitable alternative, a refund or account credit will be provided for the affected session(s).

Payment Errors

If a duplicate payment or administrative error has occurred, please contact us as soon as possible and we will investigate and rectify the issue where appropriate.

Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

For any refund enquiries, please contact us directly before submitting a dispute through your payment provider, as many issues can be resolved quickly and efficiently by our team.
